What is
live cooking?

During the live cooking event, dishes are prepared before our eyes – our Chefs cook live. This gives you the opportunity to observe the Masters' working techniques.

Suggested dishes (choose one)

– Bacon-wrapped grilled shrimp served with garlic sauce

– Making Dumplings

– Turkey tenderloin bites in a wine and blackberry sauce

– Blinis with sour cream and caviar

Culinary fun

You can choose the ingredients from which the dish will be prepared or, with our help, previously decide which dishes will be made. During the demonstration, the chef talks about the recipe and the way the dish is served. Many questions are also asked, which our chefs are happy to answer.
