The pierogi making class lasts about 1.5 hours. Chefs teach our Guests how to prepare the dough and also reveal the secrets of making a delicious filling. You can make Russian-style pierogi, with cabbage and mushrooms, as well as with meat. After preparing the dough, there is a lesson on shaping pierogi, cooking them, and tasting your own creations.
