Spring is in full swing, and that means only one thing – our kitchen has become the Asparagus Kingdom! Starting tomorrow, April 24, we invite you to the restaurant of Hotel Gdańsk for a special seasonal menu insert, where white and green asparagus take the main role.

Our chef has prepared compositions that combine classic flavors with a modern twist. Waiting for you are:

✅ Exquisite appetizer combining Polish flavors with the citrus freshness of hollandaise sauce and a delicate green-legged hen egg.

✅ Velvety cream where the sweetness of white asparagus is balanced by the intensity of dill oil.

✅ Main courses that will satisfy both lovers of hearty, aged meats and fans of delicate fish – both served with perfectly prepared asparagus.

✅ Spring dessert, a balance between tart rhubarb and sweet pear.

This menu is a tribute to freshness and local products. The perfect complement to the dishes will be the wines we offer (Vinho Verde and Riesling), and on April 30 we invite you to a great event in our Brewery – the premiere of the seasonal Wheat Beer, which pairs brilliantly with asparagus!
